I have found from friends of mine that a cycle
where you begin with higher dosages, then taper
down is more effective for most users than the
typical pyramid. That is why I suggested taking
the test and deca at the beginning and ending with
the deca only. You could increase the deca to
400mg your first 2 weeks and have an 8 week cycle,
this should work well also. Hope this helps.
