Tomorrow is St. Patrick's Day, yet in most cities around the world, festivities, and parades are held today! Well I just got back from my hometown's parade and it was great!! We have the longest running parades ( over one hundred and twenty five years) in North American History. So too all my buddies, and all bodybuilders alike, I would like to wish you all a HAPPY ST. PADDY'S DAY!!!!!! Thank's once again George for such an awesome site!!!!! I wish you all the best of luck!!!
