I am beginning a cycle of sustanon and d-bol, and was wondering if it is possible to overtrain while on such powerful anabolics (anti-catabolics)? Would I make better strength gains working out hard all the time instead of just twice a week?

Here is a sample of a weeks workout:
Mon.-chest (heavy-around 85% of max for 3-6 reps)
incline db press 6-8 reps, 2-3 sets
decline db press 6-8 reps, 2-3 sets
delts-military press 6-8 reps, 2-3 sets
side lateral raises 6-8 reps, 2-3 sets
triceps- weighted dips (2 45's) 4-6 reps, 2-3 sets
skullcrushers- 6-8 reps, 2-3 sets
claves-calf raises on leg press (about 1,100lbs.) 6-8 reps, 2-3 sets
Tues.-lats-bb rows 6-8 reps
lat pulldowns-6-8 reps
traps-shrugs 6-8 reps
upright rows 6-8 reps

Wed.-squats-450 lbs.-525 lbs. 4-6 reps, 2-3 sets
front squats-4-6 reps, 2-3 sets

Thurs-off

Fri-every upper body exercise at 85% of Monday's and Tuesday's workout.

Can I workout just as hard on Friday as I did on Mon. and Tues.?
