: The dosage is as follows 1 ephidrine 25mg, 1 caffine 200mg, 1 aspirin 325 mg. You can take it up to three times daily, if you can do it and still sleep. You could take it while on roids, but I wouldnt recommend it. The eph to caff ratio should be close 10 caff to 1 eph.
