I am looking for advice. I'm 26, 6'6", and around 195. I've been working out for about 4 years but an injury has recently devastated my progress. When I heal up in a few months I want a boost to get back to where I was and then some. I'm seeking advice on a good starter combo. I'm in great health with about 9% bodyfat but I want to be about 230
