An older friend of mine is considering testosterone therapy as an anti-aging preventive - more spring in the step and bounce in the bones,etc.
Now, I've heard two stories, one that steroid use is a treatment for prostate trouble, the other that it causes prostate trouble.
Anyone care to elaborate, and suggest some suitable ingredients?. The individual in question is 60 or so.
He also has only one kidney, so I would expect oil-based injectables to be preferred over tabs or water test.
DHEA or other alternatives?
