As far as HMB goes I've heard it's junk! Has anybody out there besides
Fillup(my pocket)s had good results with this stuff? As far as natural
supplements go the only thing that has worked for me is creatine
and whey protein, is this stuff worth adding when i'm not cycling AS?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
