I think that I may have ruptured a gland can somone help me out because it hurts when my blood pressure is up. Thanks for your time!
Wholly shit I said that I had that many plates on each side durring something that had to do with the head area. My girlfriend just did a set of decline bench with 205 fore 5 without a spot. Even more impressive she has performed a set on the hack squat with 4 plates and a 10 on each side for 5 and i did not spot her on her last rep. She is only 5'2" and she weighs 160 today. I am a fucking freek when it comes to training people.
