This answer is very simple. It's called "instinctive
training."
You can only do this effectively when you are on the
juice. All it means is that you do whatever you feel
like. If you feel you can do arms 3 times per week
or even 3 times per day, do it. Obviously, you can't
do this when clean (off cycle) but while running on
the high test, basically if you're dumping in the food
and protein, anything will make you grow.
Same rule applies though that if you're sore, let
yourself recuperate before hitting it again. It's just
that you recuperate so quickly while juicing, you can
go to it a lot quicker again than normal.
