i had someone tell that juice works better when you are lean and not fat. i don't know
if this is true but i would just like to see what you all had to say. I have used
creatine when I was lean and i my weight and strength just shot up. But i have also used
creatine when i was fatter and didn't notice and weight change or strength increase.
I know creatine and roids are far from the same.
