They possibly COULD have such things, but I doubt they give a damn
about small time users like ourselves. If are selling... then thats another
story...
Besides, bad news about the FEDS is that, yes, they have the wherewithall and the
means to do these things.. the GOOD news is that they tend to be so incompetent, and
so apathetic (to small time users) that nothing ever happens...
bureaucracy is its own worst enemy..
