Hi jw: Yes, primo is probably the one you should get
and you should do 200 mg. per week for 8 - 12 weeks.
On another note, I felt after reading your post that
you may have fallen into a trap that many fall into.
I think you workout hard and intense but you may be
doing the same systematic workout all the time. Your
body just gets used to the workload and has compensated
by leveling out and therefore you plateau.
Eg. you run 20 min. 3 X per week. You should perhaps
do the first run of the week as a regular run, and the
next one a sprint for half the time, and the last run
a combination of the two.
Your weight training, similarly. Chart your workouts
and cycle them so you do lighter weights slowly and with
higher reps, then heavy with low reps, etc.
You are probably overtraining as well.
One last thing. Make sure your protein intake is
way up and that you are taking a good fat like an
Omega3 with your "good eating".
