I want to loose about 30 lb of fat and be cut, I've been
working out hard for about three months 1 hour of weight
traning 5 days a week and 20 min of cardiovascular 3 timesa
week. I'm on a high protine-lo carb diet and i've only lost
7 lbs. I started the ECA STACK but I can only handle the
recomended doseage 1 time a day without jumping out of my
