Cook rice only with water! I mean do not add oil and salt. Baked Potatoes, you can take it, just do not add cheese, or butter, or mayo!) No more than 200 grams of carbs. For carbs I ate Whole Wheat Bread, Oatmeal, Skim Milk or FatFree Milk, Rice and Baked Potatoes. 4. Cardio. Its hard to wake up in the morning and do 30 minutes or cardio on a stationary bike! Not all can do it. I did it most of the time. But if not in the morning, I did it during the day. When I woke up, I took 2 pills of Xenadrine or Ripped Fuel, 30 minutes later, did my cardio for 30 minutes - intense. Sweat like a pig using those Plastic Clothing! Then after cardio, I took 10 grams of L- Glutamine with 2 scoops of Whey Protein. Nutrition: I\'m going to gives you an example of my nutrition during that time! I took nearly 325 grams of protein, less than 200 grams of carbs and less than 50 grams of fat a day. But the first 3 months was less than 150 grams of carbs, and like 200 grams of protein. Tried to consume less fat as possible. BreakFast: 1 cup of cooked oatmeal, 1 slice of whole wheat bread, 1 scoop of whey protein, with 4 egg white. 1 Multivitamin. Mid-Day: Protein Shake. 2 scoops of whey protein with 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, add 4oz Skim Milk, then fill shaker with 15oz of water. 500mg Vit-C. Lunch: 4-6oz. Broiled Breast Chicken or a can of Tuna. 1 cup Rice or 1 baked potato. Pre-WorkOut Preparation: 30 minutes before hitting the gym: A carbohydrate/Protein Shake. 1 Calcium Pill. Usually I take 2 scoops whey protein with Simple Sugar Creatines. I try not to take more than 30-35 grams of simple sugars, or a Gatorade - mixed with the whey protein. Can Add 2-3 grams of L-Glutamine. 2 pills of Thermogenics (Xenadrine or RippedFuel). WorkOut: When doing your workout and take a 32oz Amino2222 with you. Take a sip before entering the gym, if your workout is for more than an hour and a half, then when 45 minutes have passed, go to your car at take another sip. When you finish your workout, take another sip. When you\'re done, have another Carbohydrate /Protein Shake. Same as in the Pre-Workout, but, add 1000mg of Vit-C, 400iu Vit-E. Add 5 grams of L-glutamine, also if you have L-Arginine, and L-Lysine. Take them. Between 45-60 minutes after post workout shake, have a good meal! 6-10oz of Chicken or lean meat, with 2 cups of rice, or a big potato. Drink Water!...No Diet Drinks. Take 1 calcium pill. One hour after your meal take another shake. This one should be a MRP (Meal Replacement Powder). If you don\'t have it, you can make it! Take 1 scoop of whey protein and add 1 scoop of Whey Gainer Protein, If you don\'t have Whey Gainer Protein, add then 2-3 tablespoons of oatmeal and add some cinnamon for taste. Take one multivitamin. Two-Three hours later you can have a small meal or another shake, or just a whey protein shake. No oatmeal, or whey gainer. Do the same at bed time. Remember that the Whey Protein I used are those that are very low in carbohydrates. Those that has less than 6 grams of carbs per servings. And those whey gainers are not those 2000, or 4000 cals whey gainers like TwinLab has. There are betters. Those that have between 450-600 calories per servings in 3 or 4 scoops like Nlarge2 from ProLab or Gainer\'s Matrix from ISS. And I never took 3-4 scoops of those WheyGainers. Just 1 or 2. If you have a shaker, do the following. Fill it with whey protein until it reaches 5-7 oz, then fill it with skim milk until it reaches 10-12oz, then fill the rest with water until it reaches 15-17oz. You\'ll have between 30-40 grams of protein in each shake. Between 7-40 grams of Carbs, depending if you add oatmeal or whey gainer. >> Pepox\'s first cycle Doses On First Cycle.... This was my 1st cycle....I think it worked great to be the 1st time. Week 01: 200mg Deca a week, 25mg dbol/day Weeks 09-14 was split doses. On week 09, 100mg of Primo on Mon, and Thurs, and 50mg winny on Mon, Wed, and Fri for first week. On week 10, 200mg of Primo on Mon, and 100mg on Thurs, 50mg winny on Mon, Wed, Fri. On week 11, 200mg primo Mon, and 200mg Primo on Thurs 50mg winny on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri. etc. etc. >> Join SE and access the resources you need to achieve your goals.
