CJC-1295 DAC: Release the Full Potential of Growth Hormone
As many bodybuilders know, GHRH (Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone) is important because it stimulates GH production and release. But the big problem with traditional GHRH is that it has a fairly short half-life.
Enter CJC-1295 DAC: a GHRH with Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) that stimulates growth hormone release from the pituitary. The big advantage that CJC-1295 DAC has over regular GHRH is its ability to bio conjugate with serum albumin, which increases its half-life and therapeutic window, or rather the time frame where desired results are delivered instead of nasty side effects.
The DAC makes this peptide a long-acting version of GHRH with an extended half-life of approximately 8 days.
Studies have shown that CJC-1295 DAC delivers continuous surges of GH throughout the day and elevated IGF-1 levels lasting for up to 28 days post injection. Ionescu M et al. (2006) also showed that this peptide can increase GH secretion and IGF-1 production with preserved GH pulsatility. One more huge benefit that CJC-1295 DAC can provide involves stimulating slow wave sleep(SWS). SWS, or deep sleep, consist of stages 3 and 4 of non-rapid eye movement. These stages are especially critical with regard to repairing the body and helping it recover after a taxing workout.
Seeing as how peptides are banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency and similar organizations, peptides are mainly used for research purposes. However, a fair number of athletes and bodybuilders have experimented with CJC-1295 DAC due to all of its advantages that have been proven through research.
One famous example is Sandor Earl, an Australian underwear model and star professional rugby player. He was caught using CJC-1295 DAC, and the National Rugby League (Australia and New Zealand) suspended him.
