If you missed my past two articles, you missed our discussion about how changes in the modern world are chemically castrating us. OK, that may be a little extreme, but there is no denying that more and more, we are seeing raw masculinity getting flushed down the toilet. While metrosexuals are out shopping or getting a spa treatment at the salon, the media sits back and reports that "Men are the new women."
In fact, according to the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, when American men of the same age were compared, the testosterone levels of men in the 1980\'s were higher than the testosterone levels of men in the 1990\'s, which were higher than the testosterone levels of men in the 2000\'s. Masculine has become a bad word. And at the same time, fully a third of American men over age 20 are obese and 40% of men in there 40\'s and 50\'s are obese. So as men are being chemically castrated by the ocean of estrogen found around us in the modern world, we are suffering more related disease and sickness than ever before. Look at the rise in the rates of diabetes, strokes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, blood clots, osteoporosis, and depression.
Note the female pattern fat distribution and the early onset osteoporosis in this male patient with high estrogen levels. |
If you missed them, please take a look at my past two articles on the subject: Fighting the Estrogen Epidemic - How Not to Fall Victim where I profile two of the best dietary supplement ingredients that men use to fight back. And also, my article, Drowning in a Sea of Estrogen - What you can do, about a more exotic and newer supplement men are using to combat the scary decline in testosterone levels accompanied by the rise in estrogen levels. Today I want to tell you all about a most favorite supplement, Fadogia Agrestis, a phyto extract that both raises your testosterone level and also lowers your estrogen level at the same time. No, you do not have to let your testosterone levels decline over time. The few, the proud, the brave, truly masculine men will not be chemically castrated by the modern world. Join them.
As I mentioned, Fadogia agrestis is a phyto extract that helps your natural testosterone levels skyrocket way past normal and also decreases your estrogen level at the same time. Being that it is so difficult to boost your natural testosterone level is what has me so passionate about Fadogia agrestis. While Fadogia agrestis works its anabolic, fat-burning, potency-enhancing and sex-drive-boosting magic, it can also be used to recover from an anabolic steroid cycle.
Fadogia agrestis - boosting your testosterone levels 200%
Fadogia agrestis was first discovered in Nigeria where it has been used for centuries to treat impotence, increase fertility, as an anti-inflammatory, and even to treat malaria. The original University of Ilorin study of Fadogia Agrestis showed an incredible 200% testosterone increase over control values.
Here’s how Fadogia agrestis increases testosterone production.
As our damaged environment causes your body’s natural testosterone production to drop, you begin to experience erectile dysfunction, elevated estrogen levels, and more often than not, you lose the hard-earned muscle gains you worked so hard for at the gym. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin or HCG is often used by bodybuilders to minimize testosterone production shutdown. HCG allows your libido to remain unaffected, and in many cases increases libido. The downside to using HCG is that it is illegal and must be administered by injection several times weekly. However, fadogia agrestis can be used as an HCG substitute to help quickly recover natural testosterone production or it can be used by natural athletes fighting off the negative effects promoted by all the estrogen in the modern world.
Unlike many other herbal testosterone boosters, Fadogia Agrestis targets one of the primary causes of low test levels... poor leydig cell activity. Fadogia Agrestis stimulates your leydig cells. As we age, the environment is causing our leydig cell activity to decrease. When this happens, you strain your pituitary gland, which in turn causes low levels of testosterone production. As your leydig cells are stimulated, your pituitary can function optimally and produce a higher concentration of both free testosterone and total serum testosterone levels.
To determine the effects of Fadogia agrestis on testicular function, scientists gave three different doses to a group of lab rats and compared them to a fourth group who did not take the herb. Each of the four groups were subject to the same environment and conditions for 28 days; Fadogia administration ended at Day 28. The four different groups were compared while on Fadogia and ten days after cessation. And the scientists noted some very positive results with regards to testicular size and testicular cholesterol in the groups that were treated.
Testicular size is a good indicator of whether the testicles are doing what they’re supposed to do, i.e. producing testosterone. That’s why steroid users complain of shrunken testicles on a cycle - because their body is getting testosterone from an outside source and no longer needs to produce it. The result? Smaller testicles. It’s also why men who use human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) report an increase in testicular size - HCG kick starts the testicles into pumping out more testosterone. In this study, what the scientists found was that ten days after stopping Fadogia, the treated group’s testicular size (testes/body weight) was 15% bigger than the control group. This is good evidence that Fadogia provides results that appear to be similar to HCG.
The next area scientists looked at was the concentration of testicular cholesterol. Although we’ve been conditioned to think of cholesterol as ’bad,’ it’s actually the building block of testosterone. Different parts of your body use cholesterol to form different steroid metabolites. And in the testicles where we find the enzymes that convert cholesterol to testosterone. The more cholesterol available to your testes, the more testosterone you can produce. There was a distinct increase in testicular cholesterol in the treated group versus the control group, and this advantage to the treated group remained present even 28 days from the time Fadogia administration ceased. And just to reiterate, we’re not talking about serum levels of cholesterol - the stuff you get measured on a blood test - we’re only talking about the actual level of cholesterol found inside the testes.
Another study published in the September, 2010, issue of Neurophysiology, also demonstrated that Fadogia has potent analgesic (pain relieving) and anti-inflammatory properties. So if you’ve ever taken a couple of aspirin after a hard workout or game, you might find that your regular dose of Fadogia is more than enough to keep you from getting sore. This is unique to Fadogia among all test-boosters, and it’s actually a great one-two punch for intense athletes. You see, the testosterone-boosting properties of the herb will help you lift a lot harder and heavier when you train at the gym and will aid in your muscle tissue repair, while the anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties of the herb will help keep you coming back, day after day, without getting overly-sore. These recovery benefits are probably one of the main reasons we see users getting to the gym, day after day, week after week, on a Fadogia cycle, and still not feeling beat up.
Usually there’s a trade-off where you may get a testosterone boost from some herbal extract supplements, but as your male hormone increases, your high testosterone levels convert to estrogen and the advantages of the testosterone boost that you had hoped for disappears. The body likes to remain in homeostasis - a sort of testosterone status quo - whereby your attempts to boost testosterone naturally are sabotaged by your body converting excess testosterone to estrogen and making sure that your testosterone levels never get to or surpass the high end of the normal testosterone range. But this is not the case with Fadogia agrestis.
In a couple days, I\'m going to try and get you guys a special deal on Fadogia agrestis and some of the other supplements that guys are using to fight the estrogen epidemic. Be on the lookout.
