As the research director of EliteFitness, I supposed to check out all of the ebooks that we offer at our site at least once. Now I only need to skim over some of the ebooks we have such as the Elite Fitness Player's Guide because I'm an expert on the subject......just kidding, my game could use lots of work.
Anyways, I do have my favorite ebooks that I like to go over and over again since they're not only entertaining, but also very informative. BottomLine Bodybuilding by Nelson Montana is definitely one of these books for me!
I only bring this up because I was recently going through BottomLine Bodybuilding yet again as kind of a refresher for training my calves and turning my thyroid into a fat burning furnace. Of course, this isn't the only useful stuff in here as there's also lots of info on using steroids, supplements, and training.
In regards to training, one of my favorite sections in Montana's book is "Time Under Tension" where he talks about how it is much more important to be under the stress of a rep rather than counting the number of reps you do. In addition to this, he also gives a great technique for instantly building better biceps.
Besides this, Montana also talks about how worthless Clomid and prohormones are in addition to what drugs people should be taking to get maximum results. And I've definitely gotten maximum results by using the techniques and methods prescribed in BottomLine Bodybuilding.
