Dear friend and fellow athlete,
Sorry today's report about using HGH to build muscles like a physique model or top bodybuilder is a little late getting to you. I had some issues with the software that sends out my emails. Don't you hate it when you have something really exciting to talk about like the amazing benefits of human growth hormone for building muscle and burning fat and your computer acts up? That drives me crazy!
Ok, so without further ado, let's talk about HGH!
Bodybuilders and athletes all over use Human Growth Hormone (HGH) for its ability to help the body repair faster which leads to more lean muscle mass and strength gains. A decade or so ago, Human Growth Hormone was touted to be the next great thing, some even thought it would replace anabolic steroids. And although Human Growth Hormone surely has its place in a bodybuilder’s arsenal, it is not a replacement for anabolic steroids.
Human Growth Hormone has many benefits to offer the serious athlete. These benefits include dramatic fat loss, deeper sleep, an increase in metabolic rate, and a better mood and sense of well-being. Furthermore, additional benefits include a modest increase in testosterone with an increase in sex drive, more energy, organ support and joint protection. HGH clearly offers plenty to anyone serious about wanting to see improvements in and out of the weight room. HGH is going to give you that advantage over your fellow bodybuilder who may be lacking in sleep or muscle tissue recovery. HGH truly delivers performance enhancing effects and in more than one way.
So you might ask yourself, what exactly is Human Growth Hormone? HGH is a protein made from 191 amino acids bonded together. This protein goes by the name of Somatropin, which was first produced in the early 1900’s but was not approved as a replacement hormone in humans until 1999. HGH exhibits its anabolic effects by binding to cell receptors which in turn will stimulate Insulin Growth Factor-1 production (IGF-1). IGF-1 stimulates insulin release which forces the body to go into an anabolic state. Insulin is the most anabolic hormone within the body. It is even more anabolic than testosterone and dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Anybody who has injected themselves with insulin can tell you first hand that the hunger increases you get from it are off the charts.
An increase in hunger is a sign of a body working at a greater rate; this also means that your body is burning fat.
As Arnold Schwarzenegger once put it, if it ain’t muscle; then it’s fat. A decrease in fat instantaneously will lead to an increase in lean body mass. So the best way to sum it up is that HGH will increase insulin sensitivity which allows its anabolic actions to flow. And while we all produce natural growth hormone while we sleep, natural GH levels are not reliable for overall gains unless you have great genetics. Factors such as age, body fat, sex hormones, time of the day, diet, exercise and stress levels all play a role in determining how your body will release natural GH.
Even if you’ve never picked up a dumbbell, Human Growth Hormone possess a long list of benefits not only to athletes, but to the average person as well. HGH will stimulate lipolysis (the breakdown of fatty tissue) through the suppression of the fat-storing hormone Leptin. This action also leads your body to produce more thyroid hormones which is why your metabolic rate also rises when you take HGH. HGH will also increase the rate of protein synthesis, which means you will able to use the protein you consume much more efficiently, leading to proper recovery and gains in muscle mass. HGH will allow you to reach ketosis much faster than going on a ketogenic diet like Atkins. When you are in ketosis, your body is breaking down your body fat to convert it into fuel. To enter this state without HGH, you must severely restrict carbs – something that can be awful to endure. HGH makes getting into ketosis much easier.
HGH will also increase the actual number of muscle cells in your tissue which aids in building more lean muscle mass. HGH enables your bones to store more calcium in them so that they become more durable and less likely to break or fracture. Plus HGH has a positive effect on your hormones responsible for the production of androgens. HGH will also have a positive effect on brain function by increasing the amount of active cells within brain tissue. Honestly the list of exceptional benefits goes on and on if HGH is used properly.
Why should you be careful about how you dose HGH? Think about it, too much of anything will result in problems. Anything from food to anabolic - androgenic steroids should be taken in moderation. The side effects from too much HGH within the blood are joint swelling, carpel tunnel syndrome (which could be temporary but with prolonged GH usage it may become permanent), hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), and acromegalia, which is the increase in size of organ and skeletal structure.
If you follow MMA (mixed martial arts), then you know that Antonio Big Foot Silva suffers from acromegalia, with the enlarged jaw he is well known for. Organ enlargement can be very dangerous. If your heart enlarges too much, there is a high chance that you will suffer a fatal heart attack. Most people do not take HGH long enough at a high dose to encounter this condition. Rarely, prolonged HGH usage can result in diabetes, which more than likely is the body’s defense mechanism of triggering sugar spikes to combat the body’s constant state of lower blood sugar from the HGH usage. Again, the chances are low that you will experience any of these side effects as long as you use HGH with proper caution.
Onto the juicy section of this article which is the dosing and possible cycles including HGH. For best results, most bodybuilders, models and athletes start off with 2IU daily for at least two weeks until working their up to 4 IU. The typical dosing range for HGH is 2-10 IU, but all you really need is about 4 IU daily. Some recommend a 5-day on and 2-day off protocol. However, others recommend daily usage for the mere fact that HGH requires a buildup effect that does not occur till about six months of consistent usage.
There is not an anabolic steroid that does not stack well with HGH, but there is one specific androgen that is ideal to stack with HGH, especially if your goal is to bulk up. That androgen is the king of sex hormones testosterone. Since testosterone fills muscle cells with water, this causes your muscle tissue to expand which will lead to gains in strength and bigger muscle mass. HGH creates more muscle cells, so you get the combo of increased muscle cells, increased muscle volume, and increased muscle cell activity (muscle growth). Another benefit to the addition of HGH to a testosterone cycle is because an increase in lean muscle tissue leads to weakened tendons and cartilage. Taking HGH will help protect your tendons and cartilage from the added stress that testosterone and other androgens cause. The reason why this effect occurs is that added muscle forces more tension on the tendon where the muscle is located. In addition, the increases in strength you will experience, means you will be lifting heavier than your tendons are accustomed to. HGH offers you protection.
The negatives: One thing to remember about HGH is that it is not that effective without testosterone support. If you're not taking something to raise your natural testosterone levels, there's no reason to waste your money on HGH. And speaking of money, the other big HGH negative is that this stuff is freakin expensive. You should plan on spending at least $1,200/month for a one month supply. There's the Chinese stuff that is just plain expensive, and then there's the much better domestic stuff that's arm-and-a-leg expensive.
It kills me to see these HGH clinics offering HGH programs to older guys without addressing testosterone support with them first. My favorite testosterone accelerator is actually legal. It was developed by a renowned medical doctor, Dr. Field Farrar. The stuff is called Test Stack No.17. And when I say that this stuff works at raising your testosterone levels and gives you Winstrol and Masteron - like benefits, I mean it - it's really that good. Dr. Farrar is obviously not a traditional supplement-maker. He didn't even give his testosterone accelerator a name - he just gave it a number, "Number 17" for its name. He also puts the most basic black and white label on the bottle of any supplement I have ever seen - complete with the UPC barcode stuck right on the front of the bottle. But don't get excited about trying it. The trouble with Test Stack No.17 is that, although it's legal, you won't be trying it any time soon. It's out of stock right now and has been for a long time. Your guess when they will release another batch is as good as mine.
Let's look at an anabolic steroid cycle for bulking that includes HGH. Here's what a typical one might look like. Note the added testosterone.
Weeks 1-4
Testosterone Ethanate 500mg weekly
HGH 4-8 IU daily
D-bol 40mg daily
Weeks 5-16
Testosterone Ethanate 500mg weekly
HGH 6-8 IU daily
And here is a sample recomposition (lean muscular model type) cycle:
Weeks 1-8
Testosterone Ethanate 250mg weekly
Anavar 40mg daily
HGH 4 IU
Weeks 8-12
Testosterone Ethanate 250mg weekly
Stanozolol (oral) 50mg daily
Anavar 60mg daily
HGH 6 IU
HGH is a MUST if you plan on running trenbolone especially if you want to minimize typical trenbolone side effects. HGH will help you minimize night sweats, loss of sleep, keep your mood stable, and minimize the drop in libido.
HGH is also great to use when you are not on an anabolic steroid cycle. The reason why is that HGH is anabolic to muscle, but it does not suppress your own testosterone production. Just be sure you are using a reputable testosterone booster to keep your own test levels sky-high.
You know, now that I've shared with you these three articles on Winstrol, Masteron, and today on HGH, I hope you won't fall victim to the supplement-maker's scams. You've heard them say that if you take their stuff and train hard, you'll look like a bodybuilder or physique model. By this, they are implying that if you take their junk and don't look like a top male model, you didn't train hard enough. Ignore these people...
Here's what I want you to remember. It's not your fault you're not where you want to be with your physique - it's the supplement industry's fault.
You know I realize that this report on HGH as well as the ones on Winstrol and Masteron might seem to be a little overwhelming. I want you to know that I'm a real person who struggles to look muscular too. When I first started learning about anabolics, I had more or less an unattractive pear-shaped body. So, a long time ago, I was new to it all too, and I had some questions. So, I hope you'll reach out to me on the EliteFitness.com forums, and if you've got anything to ask, anything, feel free to come to our community and reach out to me. I'd love to hear from you. I really like explaining this stuff. It's a lot of fun, you know, and the other members and I will get back to you with great information that everyone is interested to read.
Be on the lookout for my next report on blood work and why it is important to know what your baseline level of testosterone is. Then be on the lookout for my article on the evils of having too much estrogen - in fact, it's an epidemic!
I'll see you on the EliteFitness.com forums!
Yours in sport,
George Spellwin
